6. Product Warranty

  • We offer a limited one-year warranty covering defects in materials or craftsmanship.

  • This does not include damage caused by misuse, modification, wear and tear, or improper assembly.

  • Returns for defects must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns are subject to a restocking fee.

  • Initial Payment does not trigger immediate production. payment secures a future build slot. our team will make contact via email when production of your frame has begun.
