My experience with the shop and their customer service was flawless. Because I was moving, I had to arrange for my bed to be shipped a month later. Everything went perfectly and without any problems.

Overall, we’re very happy with the bed, and it looks beautiful. It would have been even nicer if a neck pillow had been included with the pillory. The only thing that bothers us is that the screws spin when attaching the metal rings, and they’re relatively thin, which makes us worry that the fasteners might come loose easily. Other than that, the bed is wonderful, and we already love it. We didn’t have any problems assembling it, and the instructions explain everything very clearly.

I love this bed. Its easy to build. The small technically Details are great. Its not that complex to build. And it feels like you have something for years.

The packaging is great and save. We had bad weather and it protects the bed very good.

The Tools you get are well choosen and good in quality, to build it.
The System to build it is good explained. And its usefull to handle it.
The bed itself goes now in the longtime use and we will see how good it works. But i am fully positive that it will hold what it Shows. The wood quality is nice, the parts are stabil. And the functionality is reall and very good.
It will be a good thing for you and good sleep.
(Its a bit hard, so like it or invest also into a good mattress)

From the moment the Alter Ego Super King arrived, we knew we were in for something special. The packaging was immaculate, and while getting it upstairs was definitely a two-person job (this thing has presence), the thoughtful design made unpacking and assembly refreshingly straightforward. Whether it’s a spontaneous surprise or a well-planned rendezvous, the setup is quick, intuitive, and — crucially — discreet.

What’s more, the bed is whisper-quiet and rock-solid. No creaks, no groans (from the frame, at least), and no headboard thudding against the wall. As a restless sleeper, I used to wake my partner with every toss and turn. Now? Not a peep. It’s as if the bed is in on the secret and knows how to keep it.

In short, the Alter Ego has transformed both our sleep and our play. It’s luxurious, built to last, and just a little bit naughty — exactly what we were hoping for.
