Each Alter Ego bed is individually made to order by our skilled craftspeople. We don’t mass produce — every frame is built with purpose, precision, and patience.

Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for production before shipping.

Estimated delivery times after production:

• UK & EU Orders: 7–14 days
• US Orders: Please allow an additional 4 weeks for delivery

You’ll receive full tracking information once your bed has shipped.

🛑 Important Refund Policy:
As each bed is custom-made, your order becomes non-refundable 14 days after purchase. This allows us to begin sourcing, scheduling, and crafting your frame with confidence.
